Introducing our Porting service for the J series 2pc magnesium intake manifolds. We open up ALL of these manifolds and fully port/polish them.

During R&D we found that these HAVE to be opened up if they are being ported, as the very fine magnesium dust gets absolutely everywhere inside the plenum and no amount of water and air will fully remove it all if you leave the plenum as once piece. The ONLY proper and acceptable way to process these, in our opinion, is to split them apart and port/clean then reassemble.

Option Notes

Manifold without powder coating selected ship sand blasted/bare finish. Magnesium oxides very quickly so bare manifolds will tarnish over time (as your stock one probably is doing) This is a cosmetic effect and will not affect performance, just be aware, and powder coating is recommended.

Manifolds ship bare with no top plate or accessories, if applicable (MAP sensor, PCV solenoid/diffuser etc), you swap yours onto the new manifold from your old one.

Very pleased

I sent out my manifold to Eric to have it port and polished and also powder coated to my specs. The result was just what I was hoping for. Very clean porting job, and the powdercoating work was just beautiful. It looks like you literally bought it from the factory. Very impressed.
